His career includes key roles at leading companies, where he structured and analyzed high-value transactions across office, retail, multifamily, industrial, and hospitality sectors.

Anton holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Ottawa – Telfer School of Management, graduating with distinction and earning multiple honors, including placement on the Dean's Honor List. He is also certified in Argus Enterprise and Real Estate Financial Modeling (A.CRE), showcasing his mastery of advanced financial modeling techniques and strategic investment methodologies.

Xin Huang is a full stack developer with strong expertise in building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. With hands-on experience across both backend and frontend development, Xin specializes in the Laravel, React.js, and Node.js ecosystems—delivering clean, reliable, and efficient code across diverse business environments.

Xin has contributed to multiple international software projects, including the development of dynamic online platforms, custom management systems, and AI-enhanced applications. He has also integrated advanced ChatGPT-powered features into production systems, improving real-time user interaction and operational efficiency.

Before transitioning into full stack engineering roles, Xin worked as a Research Assistant at Harvard University, focusing on data analysis and machine learning. He holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo, specializing in AI, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Biology from Northeastern University.
